Where can I get a list of stocks and their related industries?
I'm looking for a list that can be downloaded in Excel that has the name Company, ticker symbol, and some kind of industry standard information (eg industry / industry / SIC code, etc.). I'm looking for primarily NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX and populations, but I'm interested in OTC and OTCBB too.
I Do not have an automatic download of Excel, but this source I'm realizing the most active companies in the industries most active of the day. www.smartmoney.com / mapofthemarket Good trading!
